How many children are under treatment in Canada?
There are currently between 8000 - 10,000 children ranging in age from Newborns - 18 years old in Canada undergoing active treatment. An average of 1400 additional children are diagnosed with cancer each year in Canada.

How many children has PROJECT SMILE given a quilt to?
Since we formed in March 95, and as of May 25, 1999 we have delivered 512 personalized quilts and a gift to children fighting any and all forms of cancer under treatment in Ontario.

We hope to provide a grand total of 2000 children with the same by December 31, 1999.
