CAP Site
The library CAP site has been available since 1999, when Lise Moore Asselin was granted permission to begin the CAP site at the library. Our CAP site successfully serves the public by offering training to use computers and the Internet.
The main goal of our CAP site is to provide computer skills to residents that will assist them in finding a better job. We also teach people how to use using the Internet and email to connect with others.
Objectives of CAP
- Promote public awareness of the benefits and opportunities of using information technology
and services. - Help citizens become better informed through
the exchange of information and ideas. - Coach individuals to use information technologies.
